Programme de Renforcement des Capacités des Structures de Controle de la République du Cameroun (CASC) was identified and designed by the Government of Cameroon to deal with insufficient institutional, environmental and human capacity of critical institutions in the financial accountability chain in the Legislative Branch, the Executive Branch and the Judiciary branch of government and civil society.
The main goal of CASC was to improve economic and financial governance in Cameroun through an improvement in transparency and management of public resources.
